Jason Morgan

A Midwest native, Jason earned his undergraduate degree in Healthcare Management followed by his MBA from Southern Illinois University. In 1996 he joined Gevity, a publicly traded, Florida based-PEO and Human Resource solutions provider where he spent over a decade running Payroll, Insurance and Human Resources functions. Jason is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Sarasota-Manatee Human Resources Association and holds a Life, Health and Variable Annuity license for the state of Florida.

Mike Ehresman

Prior to co-founding FishLadder, Mike spent 7 years with Gevity, where he held the positions of VP, Sales Operations; VP, Financial Planning & Analysis and VP, Middle Market. Mike’s experience also includes 8 years as SVP & Treasurer of a publicly traded international staffing company and 10 years as a Tax Consultant with the firms of KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mike holds an MS, Taxation from Golden Gate University, a BS, Management from Purdue University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He also holds a Life, Health and Variable Annuity license for the state of Florida.
